We will no longer issue refunds or credits 2 weeks before the event.
We allow plenty of time to arrange your schedules and prepare your vehicles.

For this event, the last day for changes to the drivers list will be May, 5th. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We provide a Family/Friends Atmosphere. Please be kind to your fellow drivers. NO EGO ALLOWED. Leave all that drama at Home.

TECH CHECK LIST:
Battery is safely Secured.
Brake Calipers and brake pads must be working.
Wheel lugs and nuts must be complete and not broken.
Center wheel caps must be removed.
NO Oil, Coolant (water),NO other Fluid leaks.
Seats MUST be bolted on completely (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Seat belts are PROPERLY Working. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Cabin and Trunk must be emptied out of any objects that can fly around inside the car.
Roll bar/cage for convertible cars.
HELMET IS REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE ENTERING THE RACE TRACK - ALL DRIVERS AND PASSENGERS. DOT, SNELL-SA2010/2015 or higher. There are no rental helmets at this event.

ANY RIDE ALONG MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH EVENT HOSTS. DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS OVER COVID DRIVER INSTRUCTORS WILL BE "LEAD AND FOLLOW".
